If you purchase an individual course, you are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of the transaction. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place to protect our course content from misuse.
All recurring subscription payments are non-refundable. Once the recurring charge has been processed, no refunds or prorated refunds will be provided. We encourage you to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use the service.
